I absolutely will not go anywhere else. As a female, I know I will pay A LOT more at a male owned garage. Here, sometimes the cost is half. I know I can trust what the cost is, they will break down what I need vs if something can wait. And they have found SCARY stuff wrong with my car. I had used Audi, that was sitting in another garage for 3 months that the mechanics there couldn't fix. This garage figured it out an had it done in a couple of days. The owner, Miriam, has this super human ability to just know what's wrong. It's weird, fabulous, but weird. And if you have to wait for your car, it's oh so obvious this place is woman owned. A Kurig, hot water, cold water, comfortable and clean waiting area, with clean bathrooms that DON'T REEK. There's also a 7-11 across the street and a good thrift store. If you read this and go somewhere else, it's on you. I send all my friends, particularly my female friends, here.

This shop is amazing. I came in because my car kept overheating, I went to multiple shops and had multiple repairs that costed me thousands, just for my car to keep overheating. I was referred to this shop, my car hasn’t overheated since. They took me in and did the full testing and found that the problem stemmed from my thermostat. They replaced it, so far, things are going well. And for a great price.

I first came to On Broadway after seeing a different mechanic who was definitely NOT it. Since my very first visit, I vowed to never take my car anywhere else!! I have since brought my car in multiple times and each visit/service has been phenomenal. Most recently, I came in for a stalling issue, and then it was found out there was an issue with my transmission..:: $$ flashed before my eyes, Miriam and her fabulous technicians investigated, sent me videos and pictures of what the issue was and what parts were faulty/damaged and Miriam was very honest about the what needed to be done to repair my car along with a quote and comparison to alternative fixes. My concerns were met with kindness and compassion, they helped me find a payment plan that worked for me…. And EVEN went out of their way to assist me on my query of replacing some blown speakers (and upgrading my sound system) The care, the kindness, the professionalism, the time they take to explain things and the speedy service/repairs are beyond anything I have ever experienced. I will forever bring my cars here and will refer everyone who needs a mechanic to On Broadway! Miriam and Maggie, you ladies are bad ass, and I than

I had a great experience at Broadway Auto Care. The staff was very friendly, honest, and professional. They explained what was going on with my car and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The service was quick and the pricing was fair. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable mechanic

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend doing business here. I had ongoing issues that made me uncomfortable, including repeated unwanted contact from a family member associated with the business. There is also an unresolved dispute involving missing tools belonging to a former technician, which raised concerns for me about professionalism and accountability. For these reasons, I did not feel confident leaving my vehicle in their care!
